P&C INSURANCE SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS SALES EXECUTIVE
Ideal candidate must possess a solid understanding of the technology and platforms available in the P&C Insurance industry. Knowledge of the insurance vertical and its rating and policy administration solutions. Candidates should have a proven track record of growing sales revenues and the ability to close high value contracts.
.NET DEVELOPERS are needed for internet enabled application. Experience with .NET, ASP, VB, COM/COM+, ActiveX, XML, Javascript, HTML, SQL Server, Oracle, Java, and Windows platform are highly desirable. Working knowledge of JSP, PERL, web services, and object technology are a plus for support of our internet products. A bachelor’s degree in ICS or MIS preferred.
PROJECT MANAGERS
Highly skilled in using structured methodologies in implementing software applications and overseeing software development. Must have at least 3 years of experience in software development. A bachelor’s degree in ICS or MIS preferred.
JUNIOR BUSINESS ANALYST
Are you a problem solving person with an analytical mind and good writing skills? Do you enjoy working with people? DRC is currently seeking a junior business analyst who can work with financial sector professionals in understanding their workflow and integrating our products into their environment.
APPLICATION DEVELOPER
Experience in ASP.NET, VB.NET, .NET Framework, SQL Server, and Windows platform are highly desirable. Working knowledge of Java, HTML, ActiveX, XML, Perl, web services, and object technology are a plus. A bachelor’s degree in ICS or MIS and Microsoft Certification (MCAD or MCSD) is preferred.
BUSINESS ANALYSTS
Must be skilled in working within a business group to understand and interpret workflow and business rules. Effective oral & written communication skills are essential, position will entail drafting process design, business rule, and requirements documents. Bachelor’s degree or relevant advanced degree.
PROPERTY & CASUALTY RATE ANALYST
Property & Casualty Rate Analyst must have regulatory and pricing background for insurance carriers. The analyst will be required to review rate filings and derive rating calculations that are loaded in to Excel spreadsheets. Proficiency in Excel is also required.
PRODUCT MANAGER (Senior Underwriter)
Responsibilities include product management of all insurance products and marketing and sales support. Initial emphasis will be placed on the introduction of a new rating product. This may involve actually building of a few rate programs in Excel, writing product brochures, interviewing customers that include actuaries, underwriters, CIOs, researching the industry and the competition, etc. The position will require some occasional travel to prospects and tradeshow events. The ideal applicant would be an experienced, energetic underwriter with a strong personal and commercial lines background in regulatory and pricing that has worked with national carriers. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
