Ara C. Trembly, Senior Editor, Technology, National Underwriter; Editor, Agency Technology on the Cutting Edge,  has been a writer, marketing professional and public speaker on technology for business since 1982.  He has written for a wide range of business and technology publications, including Computer Decisions, Beyond Computing, PC Today, Office Systems and many more.  He has spoken before the IBM Global Insurance Conference, ISOTech, Business Technology Association, ASCnet, the AMS User Group, ACORD and the Insurance Accounting and Systems Association, among others.  He has also given keynote addresses at the Fiserv Client Conference, the ImageRight Client Conference and at the Wisconsin IASA Annual Meeting.  He is currently the technology editor and a regular columnist for both the Property/Casualty and Life/Health Editions of National Underwriter, and for Technology Decisions magazine.

Chad Hersh is a senior analyst within Celent Communications' insurance practice.  Mr. Hersh's current research focuses on e-business and core IT systems strategies for insurers, as well as emerging insurance technologies.

He is the author of Celent's numerous reports on policy administration trends and vendors in the US , and has written and presented extensively on the importance of selecting the right solution for replacement or consolidation of existing systems.  Recent consulting work has included helping many carriers select the right policy administration system for their needs.

Mr. Hersh has been widely quoted in the press, including Dow Jones, the Associated Press, ABC, the Boston Globe, Best's Review, Insurance & Technology, Insurance Networking News, Technology Decisions, and many others.  He has authored articles for The National Underwriter, Claims Magazine, Technology Decisions, and Synygy Magazine.  He is a frequent presenter at industry events, including those sponsored by ACORD, LOMA, LIMRA, IASA, National Underwriter, Strategic Research Institute, and others.  He is also a judge for IASA's 2006 Technology Achievement Award.
