Decision Research Announces New Release of DecisionMaker™ Billing

HONOLULU, HI – January 22, 2009

Decision Research Corporation (DRC), a rating and policy processing software solution provider to the property & casualty insurance industry, today announced the immediate availability of DecisionMaker Billing Version 9.  Building upon DRC’s proven and robust billing and receivables system first introduced in 2001, this latest version offers users an expanded feature set that includes the enhancement of a company’s automated reporting capability.  DM Billing has been enabled to provide detailed coverage level premium and non-premium, paid and unpaid, billed and unbilled information by installment in response to its customers reporting requirements to dependent third party general ledger systems.    

Several DRC clients are already in production including one with over one million policies while another has upgraded its license to the latest version for all 50 states.  The new release has been in production since the 4th quarter of 2008 and other DRC clients are well into the implementation process with many looking to consolidate billing for all lines of business.
