Honolulu, HI – May 19, 2004 -- Decision Research Corporation (DRC), is pleased to announce that Xcipio Inc., has selected V1STA RateMaker to be used with their XcelerRator™ technology to present the “Next Generation” Carrier Rating Engine to the Agency Market. The combination of technologies will provide Xcipio with a faster and more accurate comparative rating engine that they can roll out to all 50 states for personal and commercial lines.

V1STA RateMaker quickly builds carrier rates directly from electronic versions of the actuarial spreadsheets. Xcipio will be able to enter new states or support new lines of business in weeks rather than months.

Xcipio has built a platform that allows agents to access rating and third party data from one source.
