DecisionMaker Policy also enables you to recall, amend, and recalculate policy premiums online. Renewals and cancellations can be automatically generated during the nightly batch processing.  For renewals, the system ages accidents and violations and reclassifies driver class codes and discounts.

Features include a customer index to locate policies by number, term, customer name, and state.  An electronic diary includes referrals and comments that let you create reminder notices regarding underwriting or customer activity for a specific policy.  There are also management reports that provide comprehensive information for tracking user activity and the number of policies in force by account, state, and territory
