JUNIOR BUSINESS ANALYST
Are you a problem solving person with an analytical mind and good writing skills? Do you enjoy working with people? DRC is currently seeking a junior business analyst who can work with financial sector professionals in understanding their workflow and integrating our products into their environment.
Primary duties include:
- Learning DRC products through testing configuration and documenting features.
- Analyzing client’s workflow and the application of DRC products into their operations.
- Drafting process design documents
- Creating business rule and requirements documents
Minimum Requirements:
- Ability to communicate with employees and clients of all levels in a positive and supportive manner.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills
- Self motivated with a drive to succeed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical/problem solving experience to deal with complex business problems, and business and technical expertise to be proficient in communicating business and technical requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or MIS strongly preferred
- Extensive Computer experience using Microsoft Office and Windows.
